School Rules

We are working really hard on our school rules and

how we can demonstrate them.

The Great FPS Cookie Challenge

The children in 6S took part in a cookie challenge where they needed to follow instructions carefully, be resilient and solve problems.

The children worked incredibly hard and the cookies tasted amazing!

Have a look at the gallery below. The recipes for each of the cookies can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

Making pizza with Mrs Tatham

We have been lucky enough to work with Mrs T to make our own pizzas from scratch. The children were amazing and they demonstrated great resilience! The finished products looked delicious too!

The recipe can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

There are lots of photos in the gallery below.

Christmas Food Technology

We had a brilliant afternoon working with Mrs Tatham creating our master pieces. More photos in the gallery below!

Trafford WinterGanza

We enjoyed taking part in the WinterGanza live music concert with lots of other schools in Trafford.

There are a few more photos in the gallery below.

One Kind Word

This week in Year 6, we have been discussing the message for Anti Bullying Week - One Kind Word.

We have considered the impact of one kind word and how it can make someone else feel.

One Kind Word.png

One Kind Word can be a turning point. It can change someone’s perspective. It can change their day. It can change the course of a conversation and break the cycle of bullying. Best of all, one kind word leads to another. Kindness fuels kindness. We can all play a part in a chain reaction that powers positivity.

What will you do to start our ripple effect of kindness?

Spelling Shed(1).png

This half term, we have begun to learn our Y5/6 spellings. Please encourage your child to use Spelling Shed regularly to practise the words they are finding tricky. All Spelling Shed passwords have been sent home. If you have a problem accessing it, please let us know. All passwords are case sensitive and will not work if you use spaces or capital letters.
