Safeguarding theme -Keeping safe - anti bullying /e-safety
Health – Aim - to identify different influences on health and wellbeing
Health- Aim – to understand how to maintain physical health and wellbeing.
Health- Aim – to understand how to maintain mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
Emotions Aim - to consider the need to identify anger and ways to control it rather than allowing it to control us.
Change – Aim – To recognise and consider ways to manage change e.g. transition, loss, and puberty.

This week we are celebrating being the winners of The Reading Racetrack Trophy for the fourth time. Thank you once again for your support - we couldn't have done it without you!
This term Y5 are lucky enough to have their opportunity to spend some learning time with Mrs Tatham focusing on Food Technology.
They are learning how to prepare a three course meal.

This morning we have been enriching our curriculum by spending time baking some Christmas goodies with Mrs Tatham. Please look at the gallery for more images.
To commemorate the end of The First World War each child has planted a seed in a pot and brought it home. Hopefully these seeds will begin to grow in the spring. When shoots begin to appear the children can either plant them at home, or bring them back to school and plant them here.
This week in Art we were lucky enough to have specialist support from Ms Plant when making clay tiles as part of our work on texture. Please look at our pictures in the gallery.
