4FE Trip to Chester 2

Lesson: History

We had a brilliant trip to The Grosvenor Museum in Chester. The children were enthusiastic and interested (and a little bit scary at times!!) and a credit to our school. We were able to have some 'hands on' experience of being a Roman soldier as well as handling real and replica Roman artefacts. The children showed that they have already learnt a lot about Roman Britain and, hopefully, learnt some new things too!
