WW1 Centenary Armistice Planting

Lesson: History

As a whole school, to mark the Armistice, we planted seeds in specially designed pots. We will be taking them home, so that the plants can grow. Once they have, some will return to be planted.

Also as part of the WW1 Centenrary, we created a poppy with every child's fingerprints showcasing the famous and poignant poem 'Flanders Fields'.
