1JW - A Train Ride Through History Trip

We had a lovely afternoon at Abbotsfield Park with Urmston and District Model Engineering Society. We learned all about how George and Robert Stephenson created the first steam trains and how these worked. We also got a chance to be train drivers and conductors as well as having 2 rides around the park!
